Starry Nights Campsite

Service Description

Located on our property next to a pond where you can catch and release fish. Fishing boat is available for overnight guests. Share our horse filled world, step into the barn, walk among our animals, or enjoy the stars by a nice fire. Whatever you decide, we welcome your visit. This campsite includes: - a private tent with a queen bed, on an outdoor deck with seating -fantastic starry view - outdoor fire ring - firewood available to purchase - picnic are with tables, cooking utensils, & sunshade - solar shower area with a primitive restroom - extra 2-person dome tent with air mattress - bedding available for rental at $30/night or bring your own Base rate is for 4 visitors. Additional guests are $20/night per adult and $10/night per child. The additional amount must be paid prior to or at check-in by Venmo or cash. Property Rules: No smoking inside buildings. No Pets are allowed due to the farm animals, chickens, and coyotes. Fishing: Catch & release ONLY. Fires: we love fires! But please keep them within the rings, do not burn trash or other items, and ensure your fire is fully put out prior to sleeping. Reservations: Payment required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: Less than 14 days' notice - no refund. More than 14 days' notice - full refund, minus $10 booking fee. Check in between 4 PM-sunset (9 PM EST). (After we leave the barn- extra $25 cash or Venmo only; by request) Check out by noon. Extreme weather, power outages, unexpected mother nature acts - guests will receive credit towards a future stay. RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL! We will confirm your total party & dates before approving.
